We are happy that you chose to make the Village Runner Online your one stop for all your running needs. We are certain that your purchase will make you and your feet happy. Here are just a few things to keep in mind to make sure your order is filed in the most efficient manner possible.
- Please verify your size information. We want to make sure you get the shoes you want the first time. If for some reason, the shoe does not fit, simply return the unworn shoe in its original packaging for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
- Worn shoes are not returnable. We realize that it is often difficult to find the perfect shoe. However, to be fair to all of our valued customers, we can only accept returned shoes if they have not been worn, or they are defective. If your shoe is defective, please e-mail us at ehendo@cox.net to obtain a Defective Shoe Form. Please fill out the form completely and mail it with the shoes in their original packaging for a full refund, or replacement pair, minus the cost of shipping.

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- All orders are subject to credit card verification: You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order has been processed and shipped. This may take up to 72 hours, during which stock availability may change. You will be notified if your order is unavailable at the time of processing.
